1. Booking an appointment

The online booking system at joybeauty.cz is used to send a booking request for the selected service.

The booking is valid only after confirmation by the salon by phone, email or another agreed method. The salon may suggest another time if the selected appointment cannot be confirmed.

Prices and service scope may be clarified directly in the salon depending on the actual work and agreement with the customer.

2. Cancellation and changes

If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible by phone, email or using the cancellation link in the confirmation email if provided.

We normally do not charge cancellation fees. Repeated no-shows may be handled individually, for example by requiring a deposit for future bookings.

3. Personal data processing

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. Data is used only to operate the salon and handle bookings.

• Name and surname
• Phone number
• Email address, if provided
• Selected service, date and time of booking
• Optional booking note

Why we process it

• Handling the booking, confirming the appointment and communicating any time change.
• Operational booking records and legal obligations.
• Individual communication with the customer regarding salon services.

4. Processors and sharing

We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes. Hosting, email, calendar, Google or technical service providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide the service.

5. Retention and your rights

Contact details and booking history are kept only for as long as necessary for salon operations and customer communication, unless the law requires a longer period. Accounting documents are retained according to legal requirements.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or object to processing. You may also contact the Czech Data Protection Authority: ÚOOÚ.

6. Cookies

The website uses only technical elements necessary for the website and booking system. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising tracking pixels.
