1. Booking an appointment
The online booking system at joybeauty.cz is used to send a booking request for the selected service. The booking is valid only after confirmation by the salon by phone, email or another agreed method. Prices and service scope may be clarified directly in the salon depending on the actual work and agreement with the customer.
2. Cancellation and changes
If you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible by phone, email or using the cancellation link in the confirmation email if provided. We normally do not charge cancellation fees. Repeated no-shows may be handled individually, for example by requiring a deposit for future bookings.
3. Personal data processing
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll. Data is used only to operate the salon, handle appointments, communicate with customers and provide the Joy Beauty Club loyalty program.
4. Booking data and SMS reminders
For appointment bookings we process the customer name, email address, phone number, selected service, appointment date and time, and any optional booking note. Email and phone are used for booking confirmation, appointment communication and, where applicable, appointment SMS reminders. SMS reminders are sent only for operational appointment reminders, not for third-party advertising.
5. Joy Beauty Club loyalty data
For Joy Beauty Club we process the customer name, phone number, optional email address, digital card identifier or QR link, visit stamps for nails and lashes, reward eligibility and redemption history. Phone or email may be used by the customer to find their digital loyalty card again. Loyalty data is used only to operate the Joy Beauty Club program and customer rewards.
6. Processors and sharing
We do not sell personal data and we do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes. Hosting, email, SMS, calendar, Google or other technical service providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide salon services, bookings, reminders and the loyalty program.
7. Retention and your rights
Contact details, booking history and loyalty history are kept only for as long as necessary for salon operations, customer communication, legal obligations and the loyalty program. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or object to processing. You may also contact the Czech Data Protection Authority.
8. Cookies
The website uses only technical elements necessary for the website, booking system, admin sessions and loyalty card functions. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising tracking pixels.
